Rise Memorial Park

Key Features

Working in concert with the Rise memorial foundation to execute the park within their fundraising constraints. MHS took on the project and is managing it to ensure completion in time for the 4th anniversary of the crane collapse. Many companies stepped forward with donated materials and time and we are helping the foundation coordinate all these into practical execution to bring the park to life on budget and on time.

Challenges

Working on this project involves coordinating with many stakeholders including the City of Kelowna, large doners, the affected families and small local doners as well. When there are this many stakeholders, they all have different needs of the Foundation, and we strive to help be the “grease in the gears” and adapt to the needs of each group while ensuring the budget and schedule are top of mind for all so that the true vision of the Rise foundation can be realised.
